• Coverage: This plan covers the unlimited repairs for any type of Spills, Mechanical Breakdown and Drops. Although this plan is not available for CA, DC.
• Theft & Loss Coverage: Yes, Included. Also this plan includes Knox Guard Security with Remote lock and Wipe feature.
• Repair Time: This plan promises to replace phone and Setting up on SAME Business Day.
• Expert Availability: Samsung Care+ Expert are available 24*7 through Mobile phones or Online for Content transfers, Device Setup and connecting Galaxy phone with other devices.
• Parts Availability: Genuine Samsung Parts are available along with expert technicians.
• Price: This plan is available at $13 per month for S23 Plus and S23 Ultra ($10 for S23) with cancellation option at any time. Also, if you want to buy this plan at lumpsum value, in that case you have to pay $249 for 2 years for S23 Plus and S23 Ultra ($189 for S23). This 2 years plan is not available for NY.
• Disclaimer:
  • You can terminate your optional coverage at any time and obtain a refund for any unused premiums or expenses.
  • Monthly protection for 36 months. Insurance (theft, loss, and damage) and service contract combined (accidental damage from handling, out of warranty malfunctions, tech support). When you file a claim, you may be charged a $99-$199 deductible or a $29-$99 service fee depending on the device.

• Price: This plan is available at $5.5 per month for all versions of this phone with cancellation option at any time.
